Dopo essermi divertita a produrre gli gnocchetti sardi, dovevo pensare a un condimento che esaltasse questo tipo di pasta e che andasse a finire dentro questi gnocchetti a forma di conchiglia. Lo volevo semplice, ma saporito. Rigorosamente rosso, per mettere in evidenza la pasta, con una nota bella piccante e qualche olivetta qua e là, ed eccoli i mie GNOCCHETTI SARDI ALL’ARRABBIATA CON OLIVE!
